Jason awakens in his room. He looks out the window, then glances at his watch in the moonlight. It's 3:00 in the morning. He get's up to get a snack from the kitchen. As he is walking by his grandpa's room, he finds something is not right. His stomach tingles, and checks inside grandpa's room. Though he could not see through the pitch black darkness, he knew very well that Kakashi was not in the room. Jason sprinted downstairs, tripped over a mysterious wire set on the stairs, and stumbles rapidly down the stairs. As he stumbled, an explosion went off in grandpa's room. Jason's leg was sprained, so he couldn't do anything to see what had happened... Suddenly, the silhouette of a tall man in a ankle length robe stepped out of Kakashi's room. The explosion deafened Jason for a moment, so he had the luck of not hearing the screams of terror coming out of Kakashi. The silhouette of the man was slightly familiar to Jason. At this thought, Jason, forgetting about his injured leg, made the decision to RUN... But when he attempted to get up so quick, he tripped over yet another wire. Suddenly, Kakashi came tumbling down the stairs and took Jason down into the living room with him. The silhouette WAS familiar, yet Jason had never met him before. The silhouette beat Kakashi. More and more liquid was hitting Jason on his body, and all he could do was lie down...helpless...and watch...

Jason's eyes were closed, but when he opened them a little bit, a small little bit of yellow light came out of the crack. What was unnoticed for a moment, though, was that Jason had translucent, yellow feathers around his body. When he got up, he glanced at Shadow. He felt a very calming sense of energy rush through his body, and Jason suddenly fell back, and Shadow shook him, trying to wake him up...


Jason found himself laying on the surface of a pond, smack in the middle. He seemed to be in a room, but the walls had realistic looking trees on them and the ceiling looked like the morning sky. Jason got up and fell in the pond. He sank and sank, but never felt like he was actually wet or under water. Jason sank until he reached the bottom of the pond, and something picked him up. He then began floating outside of the room he was in, and he was soaring over the woods and was staring at a mountain. He was flying towards it, but he looked up and saw something great and beautiful. He was being held by a bird, it had him in it's feet. "It's OK, you'll be safe." The eagle flew a complete, long circle around the mountain, and landed at a lake beside the mountain. Jason got up. He was wet, but he was calm. The bird turned out to be a yellow, almost golden, eagle. It was glowing like the sun, but it did not hurt Jason's eyes. The place where the eagle held him had left cuts, but it did not sting. All was well for Jason. The eagle suddenly turned into a familiar person. It was a young man with blonde hair and a wide grin. His left ear seemed to be a camera or something, and he wore a large, black robe patterned with clouds. The person walked slowly into the water, and Jason followed. Jason finally felt wet, and he was floating in the water with the person. Thought he did not fear. The person, whom Jason recognized as Deidara, began to tread the water gently. Jason did the same motion, then Deidara started swimming away. Jason copied his every motion, as if he was instructed to. It was then, when Jason finally started to sink. He sank, and sank... He landed. Jason came out of the water and landed on a stained glass window picture. It was the sharingan, and the picture suddenly shattered, he saw from the eagles view, him falling in the water. Then, everything was black. He opened his eyes, and saw Shadow, Krodon, and Naruto staring at him. He was still covered with golden, translucent feathers, and his eyes were yellow. Not just that, he had an incredible sense of vision. Jason had the sudden urge to head to the nearest building. "Hey! Where ya goin?" Krodon and Shadow said almost in unison. They followed Jason, until they found themeselves and Jason on the roof of Naruto's house. "Ah. This is nice..." Jason said, glancing back at them. He jumped off the building. "JASON!!!" Krodon and Shadow yelled, perfectly this time. Jason began to flap his arms, and he was gliding through the air...The wind rushed past him, and he found himself gliding about 50 feet above the ground... He looked down...He had never felt like this, then he flew to the ground, near the river side. Krodon and Shadow came up to him, looking amazed. Naruto was nowhere to be seen...

Shadow could not believe what he was seeing- Jason was flying! Suddenly, a knot of jealosy in his stomach. Shadow did not know it yet, but that knot would stay in his stomach when he was with Jason. Already, Jason proved himself to be awesome- and what has Shadow? Nothing but moping. Even though he was joyful for Jason, his head drooped a little.

The sun began to set as Jason said good-bye to his friends. He headed into Naruto's house, and sat on the bed. "That was AWESOME!" He said, not realizing Naruto was not there. He had forgotten. Being over joyed took his mind off of Naruto, and he suddenly realized he was nowhere to be seen. "Probably out training or something," Jason said, slipping off his socks and shoes, laying in bed. "Heh, one step closer to being able to take out that guy that wants to kill me..." Jason closed his eyes, and fell asleep. It was a long day.

Jason woke up, excited to get to the Academy. He had some Leafy Flakes cereal(a genuine leaf village breakfast food), took a shower, and was off. He was wearing his normal dark green clothes, and his hair was still wet from the shower. His pupils in his eyes were yellow, but they did not glow. He entered the academy, sitting by Shadow. He tried to find Krodon, but he found Sanari instead. His eyes drooped, admiring her. Shadow traced Jason's line of sight, and nudged him. "Our lesson today," the teacher vented, "Will be an easy one. All you have to do is demonstrate what you can do. It's ok if you don't do anything, as we are just wanting to know what you know so far. So...Who wants to go first?" Jason began raising his hand frantically, as Krodon walked through the entrance of the academy. "Everyone line up, Jason in front!" Everyone rushed into a line, and everyone but Shadow and Krodon attempted to get in the back. "Alright let's do this thing!!!" Jason said, obviously ready to show what he just did yesterday. "ALRIGHT! HERE WE GO!" He shouted, performing the Basic 2 finger hand sign. "HUUUURRRRGH!!" He grunted, trying to focus enough to get the eagle going. "HURRRRAAANGH!!!" He struggled, but nothing happened. "Um, well, you see, I-" In the middle of saying this, a sudden BOOM came from Jason, and he was blasted through the room. Something had ignited in his pants. "Oh man, this is the end for me! In more ways than one!" Jason thought, as he continued to blast through the room, his butt on fire. "GAHH!!!" Jason was sliding across the floor now, and smacked against the wall. His face rubbed against the wall as he was pushed against it. Then, enough force was applied with the another blast that he soon was sent flying past all the students and through the wall. "GAHHHH!!!!" He shouted, and the fire stopped. "What an idiot..." Sanari said, rolling her eyes.

Krodon ran to where Jason got blasted and asked"Are you okay Jason?". He also saw the teachers writing down what happened, Krodon knew that Jason needed another chance so he went to the teachers and asked"Can he get another try?".

Jason continued to lay on the ground. He was too tired out to even move. Jason wanted to do nothing but fall asleep on the spot and rest... But he wondered, why didn't the yellow chakra activate? What happened to the golden eagle? So he just fell asleep, exhausted.

Krodon ran to Jason and tried waking him up, but it didn't work.

Jason continued to lay there. He had forced his chakra too much, and he was out. He was taken to the hospital, where he would relax and be treated...

The class was postponed because there has been a injury. Krodon went to the hospital and checked Jason "You'll be okay. Your too young to die now." he whispered.

Jason lied there, "Yeah," He coughed, "I think I'll be ok. Why didn't it....cough...work though?" He suddenly fell asleep, unexpectedly.

He found himself at the same pond standing next to the eagle. "Jason," it said in it's glorious voice, "Don't try that ever again." Jason did not understand. "I will not help you at your own free will... I can't.... I can only help you when you are in grave danger or struggling..." The golden eagle seemed just as tired as Jason. "If you do that, you can kill me...and if you kill me... you'll..." the eagle paused, because Jason already knew it, "I'll do, too..." He said, looking down. He drifted quickly away from the eagle, and found himself lying in bed still, with Krodon sitting next to him.

Krodon left the room and went to Naruto's house and shouted"Naruto, Jason is in the hospital!".

Jason reached for a handle by the curtains in the room and closed the shades. It was about noon, and the sun was high in the sky. Before he actually closed them, he sat up and looked through them, watching as Sanari sat peacefully on a bench by the academy. Jason lied down, and tried to relax. All he needed to do was bring his chakra back, and he would be alright. Well, if that person standing over him would stop gazing at him mysteriously. "Who are you?" Jason said, blinking his eye slowly, looking up at the person. The person said nothing, and withdrew a sword. After the sword was out of the case, the person vanished, with the sword falling to the ground, causing a real loud noise. Jason leaned over the bed side, and identified it as a katana.

Meanwhile, at Naruto's house, when Krodon decided to call for Naruto, he found that Naruto had not responded at all.

"Where's Naruto?"Krodon thought. With a thud Krodon fell to the floor and used all his strength to look at who or what hit him. It was an akatsuki member! Krodon was carried by the akatsuki member, but unfortunately for the member, they passed the hospital windows being caught.

What with all the comotion, Jason woke up and looked out the window. There was what looked to be an Akatsuki member sprinting at high speed down the road, with Krodon in hostage, and 'heroic' villagers and Jonins trailing behind! Krodon looked back behind the Akatsuki man, towards the hospital. Jason searched his room frantically for something to bust the window with, but could find nothing. "Ooooh...This better work out!" Krodon jumped as a loud CRASH! came from the hospital, and a window being shattered. None of the people chasing looked back, but Krodon knew what was going on. Jason had broken his window, and was sitting on the window sill, 4 stories high. Krodon was fond that he knew what Jason was going to do: Jump. And so he was correct. Jason leapt, daringly, out of the window, getting ready to land. "CRAP!! WHAT THE HECK AM I DOING!?" Jason yelled, as soon as he was airborn. He landed on the smooth brick road, and rolled with a tumble. His legs ached from the fall, but he sprinted with all his might down the road, following the crowd of people. "IMA COMIN'!!" He shouted. He got closer and closer to the crowd, and the Akatsuki man got farther and farther away. The crowd stopped, for the Akatsuki person had disappeared. Now, all Jason could do was trip, and fall in a puddle near the bridge over the riverside. Krodon and that person could be anywhere now, and Jason couldn't do anything....yet. Naruto, Krodon, and Granpda Kakashia re gone...that only leaves one person left: Shadow.

Krodon looked around he as surronded by not one, but what it look like, ALL OF THE AKATSUKI! Paralyzed Krodon still tried to move."HELP!"he cried.

Shadw yawned just before he saw the Akatsuki. He quickly went to Jason. "DUDE! Come on!"

Jason glanced back at Shadow, "Hold on, I have an idea. Follow me!" Jason flagged down Shadow, and Shadow, slightly hesitating, followed.
The two walked to Kakahi's house, which was boarded up and old looking. Jason quickly withdrew a kunai from his poucha and began cutting at the boards. It would take to long at this pace, so he did a little 'fusing.' "Are you sure you know how to do that?" Shadow questioned, staring blankly at Jason as he seemed to grip the kunai tightly. "Yeah, I got it." Jason said, teeth clenched, still gripping the kunai tight. It began to slightly glow yellowy-blue. "Heyha!! I got it!!" Jason had infused the kunai with chakra and began slashing at the boards on the window, with great haste too. Shadow watched, studying his movements of speed. He could be like Bushy Brow..., Shadow thought. Jason was moving extremely fast, and the same knot of jealousy clenched inside his stomach. Finally the boards were cut. "Is the coast clear?" Jason asked Shadow, glancing around. "Yup, do your thing." Shadow said, glancing around too. "You do it. You should be part of the action." Jason said, stepping back from the window. Shadow, sort of surprised, threw his fist into the window, bashing it open and part of the brick wall too! "Wow...What was that?" Jason said, amazed at what Shadow just did. Shadow, walking climbing though the shattered window followed by Jason explained, "I just know from common sense that you can focus your chakra in certain points, like you did with the kunai!" Jason was dumbfounded. "Oh, duh!" He said, slapping himself in the forehead. Shadow had just beat him at something. "Follow me," Jason said, Shadow barely seeing him through the dark house. The only light was the beams of light coming through the boards over the windows. The glass from the window was all the way on the other side of the room. Shadow followed Jason up the staircase, glancing at dry blood and marks of explosions in that shined in the small beams of light. Jason lead Shadow to his room, glancing back to make sure he was following. It was rather dark in there. He reached for something curvy on a hilt suspended from the wall. He lifted it and pulled it down, and grabbed the end of it. "Be careful, and don't do anything sudden." He pulled the edge of it. It made the sound of a sword being taken out of a holder, and of course it was. "This is my grandfathers." Jason said, strapping the hilt to his back. Shadow stepped back as Jason began slashing the sword everywhere. "Yeah! Alrighty! This could do some damage!" Jason said, swinging the katana as it made a swoosh as it was swung. Jason ran for his window, and sliced the boards off. He bashed the handle of the katana through the window. "You are insane if you think we will survive a jump from that high." Shadow knew that he would have to learn to eventually, but he didn't know at the moment. But Jason did. "You don't need training to do... what I do." Jason leapt head first out of the window. Shadow ran to the windowsill and looked down at Jason. It was a 13 foot drop, from what Shadow estimated. "HOW DID YOU DO THAT?!" Shadow called down to Jason. Jason looked up. "As I said, it doesn't require training. Just follow your instincts." Shadow knew that Jason had probably been dropped on his head or something, but Shadow listened. He jumped out of the window, and tumbled when he landed. He got up, uninjured.

Krodon woke up and was on a table strapped up"What are you going to do to me?"asked Krodon, "Nothing that anyone else will know about. "chuckled a akatsuki member. "HOKAGE HELP!"cried Krodon.
BAM, everything for Krodon went black.

Jason with Shadow following stepped into Naruto's house. "Guess who lives in the basement?" Jason said, pointing down the stairs. "...Your mother...?" Shadow said, obviously trying to pull a joke. Jason chuckled a little bit, and motioned for Shadow to follow him down the stairs. He flicked on a light, and found a little dog rummaging through some papers on the floor. "Shadow! Meet Raffet!" Jason yelled, opening an arm, squinting eyes to allow Shadow to go up to the dog. The dog was wearing a blue jacket with a symbol on the back, as well as a headband on his forehead. "Huh..?" The dog, Raffet, said, looking up. He seemed a little startled. "Good to meet you," He said with a low voice. Raffet sounded a bit like Pakkun. "We have an important job for you." Jason rummaged through his right pants pocket. He withdrew a small thread. "Watch this," Jason said, looking back at Shadow and holding a hand out to Raffet. Raffet sniffed the thread curiously, and sneezed. "I've got the scent. Follow me." Jason and Shadow followed Raffet up the stairs and out of the house. They walked down the long street, over the bridge(around this time, people were wondering heavily why there was a young boy with a katana and a ninja dog and another boy heading in the direction of the gates), and at the edge of the village gates. "Are you two ready?" Jason nodded attentively, and looked at Shadow.

A village guard at the village gates went to Jason, Raffet and Shadow. The man said"You're not going through the village gates, and aren't you supposed to be at the academy!"as the man said that anbu were going in the direction of the akatsuki member.

Jason frowned. He looked at the guard, "I should be at the academy," He said, "Doesn't mean I'm going to go. But I guess I'll go anyway," Jason said, turning away from the gates. "Come on," He ordered Shadow and Ruffet. "What are we doing?! We need to get to Krodon!" Shadow said, catching up as Jason walked away. As soon as he was sure the guards weren't looking, he leapt. "NOW! COME ON!" He loud-whispered. Shadow and Ruffet sprinted with Jason to along the wall of the vilage. "Stop," Jason whispered, holding a hand out. He skidded and reared up some dirt. He took the same kunai he used to cut the boards out. Jason began digging furiously at the ground. "Ummm... What the he-" Shadow began, but Ruffet interrupted, "I see where you're going. I swear, this village isn't secure at all," Ruffet said, looking around. Ruffet bumped Jason out of the way. Ruffet looked as if he were constipated, but then his hand started glowing. "Watch, I'm good at this." Ruffet started digging rapidly under the wall, and made a tunnel within 30 seconds all the way under the village wall. "Okay, but how do we hide this?" Shadow said, looking in the tunnel. "I don't know, but I'm excited!" Jason said, looking quite cheerful. "Let's go!" Jason said, taking an unfortunate fall into the tunnel. He was okay, and Shadow followed him. "OH CRAP! SHADOW, GET BACK!" Jason shouted from the other side.A paper bomb was set right beside the tunnel. Shadow climbed out as soon as possible, and Jason leapt away from the tunnel, just in time to make it out alive as the paper bomb blew up. Ruffet began to dig again, as a guard walked up to them. "Where is he?" the guard asked Shadow, as he looked innocent up at him. "I'm not going to tell you." Shadow said, throwing a fist into the guards stomach, then jumping off the wall and zooming away. Ruffet lied there, tired because he used so much chakra. Ruffet was obviously out cold, and the guard hoisted him over his shoulder. Shadow, Jason, Ruffet, and Krodon were on seperate paths now. "Well, no turning back now, I guess." Jason said, sliding the katana from it's holder. He was off into down the path, with nobody with him but the sun.

Krodon struggled to get free but his legs and arms were strapped on to a table, "I DON'T HAVE A BEAST IN ME!"Krodon shouted thinking they want beasts. One ANBU member saw Jason and came up to him "Hey, are you a friend of the kid taken away?If yes you have to help us we need a diversion and a bit of more swords-men"he asked, "So are you a friend of his and are you willing to do this?" he also added.

Jason looked up at the anbu man. "Yes, I do. I assume you know where he his?" The anbu nodded. "I can get us there quickly, the rest of my squad is there and stealthed. We got this!" The anbu said, grabbing a hold of Jason's wrist. The anbus glove was dirty and rough. But before he knew it, Jason was off at the speed of sound in some random direction. He felt like a ragdoll what with being dragged through the air. He felt a cold sensation stream down his body, and looked at his hands. His hands were gone. He was stealthed. "Here's the plan: Go in there and act like you are just a boy wandering through the woods," The anbu said. Jason didn't know where 'in there' was at all. Then he noticed a rather large boulder with a metal door on it. "Tell them you were curious. Tell them you are only about 6 years old," The anbu explained, making Jason think that this anbu was about as smart as a rock, "Then, while whoever comes to you talks to you, we will sneak in and unlock Krodon. Alright?" Jason was blank, so he nodded. "Okay, unstealth and go behind that tree," The anbu pointed towards a large, thick tree. Jason, still stealthed, set down his katana and unstealthed, then walked around the tree, toward the door on the boulder. Jason shivered. He would soon probably meet Deidara's relative, and on top of it all it would be an Akatsuki. He opened the door, and set one foot in. A man leaning over a table looked up, and turned around toward Jason. It was sure enough an Akatsuki, and it was sure enough Deidara's relative. Blonde, long hair. Not too hard to tell. The person came up to the doorway where Jason stood. Jason only about a foot away from the person, and he was sure he could hear that persons heart beating. Krodon, thought Jason did not noticed, looked up and saw Jason standing in the door way. Jason felt a breeze of air rush over him. "Excuse me," the Akatsuki said, pressing his hands together. "Arm!" The Akatsuki said, and he pressed his fingers harder to gether. A massive explosion erupted within the room, and Krodon was just barely safe from it. Jason could not beleive his eyes. Bits of the anbu men were scattered, and he was sure that none of them survived the explosion. Krodon lied that, unable to do a thing as a drop of blood drifted down his face. "I'm sorry, but I have to get rid of you." The Akatsuki said, in a deceivingly friendly matter. He quickly snatched the katana from Jason's holder, and lunged it toward Jason. "JASON!!!" Krodon shouted as the katana went straight threw Jason. It was plunged straight through Jason's heart, and Jason struggled to pull away, but he leaned over from weakness, and slid further onto the katana. "Jason..." Krodon whispered, lying back on the table, unable to do a thing. Poof! Jason's body disspeared into a cloud in an instant, leaving behind a log on the katana. The Akatsuki shook off the log, wondering where Jason could possibly be now. But Jason was more unaware where he was than the Akatsuki. Jason was buried in dirt, about a foot under the akatsuki. He had pulled an attempt at the Headhunter Jutsu, and failed. "There's a reason that kids here, and I know why..." The akatsuki said, looking back at Krodon. The Akatsuki broke the Katana in half, obviously realized it was only made of the weakest metal. It wasn't even a real, sharpened katana. The Akatsuki had a weapon of his own. He walked gradually toward the west wall and took a sickle, colded with blood, off the wall. "You are way too much trouble," He said to Krodon, spinning the sickle in his hand. "Thank you for your time with me." As for Jason, still stuck in the ground. Come on Eagle...get me out of here!!!Jason thought, struggling to move under the 20 pounds of dirt. He was suffocating and would soon be dead and finish his own funeral in a couple seconds... The Akatsuki sharpened the sickle, then raised the sickle above Krodon. Krodon began screaming at the top of his lungs. His neck was about to burst from the noise he was making, when suddenly he shut up. "HEY YOU!" A voice came, "KEEP YOUR FILTHY HANDS AND WEAPONS AWAY FROM KRODON," Jason said, in the door way, "OR I'LL KILL YOU!!" Jason looked up at the Akatsuki. Jasons eyes had flushed out the sharingan, and were flooded with a bright, yellow light. Jason shouted some sort of battle cry, as he charged with a yellow fist toward the Akatsuki. "Jason, WAIT!" Krodon shouted. The akatsuki held up the sickle as Jason fired a fist toward him. The sickle got in the way of Jason's punch, and Jason's hand was sliced open pretty bad. "I'LL TEAR YOUR HEART OUT!!" Jason said, clenching his wounded fist, and throwing it back at the Akatsuki. The akatsuki simply chuckled, and decided he would use the sickle to block another punch, but failed. The punch, focused with a huge amount of chakra, landed in the Akatsuki's face, knocking him back a good 30 feet into the concrete wall. "ERRAGGH!!" Jason shouted, breaking the chains restraining Krodon with some ease. Krodon, unable to walk from being chained so long, was carried away by Jason. The Akatsuki was sitting by the wall, probably knocked out. Or so Jason expected. Krodon looked at Jasons face as it was sprouting short feathers, bubbling with yellow energy. Jason fired a punch at the wall, collapsing it completely. The Akatsuki wasn't there, he got away. "Come on, I'm taking you back," Jason said, lifting up Krodon. Jason was about a step out of the door way, when he collapsed and went out cold.

Shadow was in the dirt. Cold, muddy and alone. Pakkun was following Jason and was probably two miles away from Shadow. Shadow unsheathed his three long katana and ran to the end of the tunnel. He was activating his Kekkai Genkai and he didn't even know it. He jumped high on the roof-tops, stumbling every twenty seconds. The boy's eyes were glued to the direction Jason went. Suddenly, he heard a sound. Shadow.... Shadow then blacked out, his katana slicing a bit of his shirt and scratching a part of his stomach. He was unconscious before he hit the ground.

"Waakke upp!!" Shadow woke up slowly-his eyes tired and his stomach bleeding a little bit. As his eyes adjusted to the light, he figure out his was next to Jason on the ground. Jason was awake, but Shadow could see a faint golden glow surrounding Jason. Jason was amazed. There was no apparent foot-prints behind Shadow. He know knew a little bit surrounding Shadow's name. Shadow turned his head to see Krodon tending to his wounds.

"Jason, wake up!"Krodon told Jason.

Jason continued to lie there, tired. He had used a tremendous amount of chakra, and it was a superfluous amount for just 1 spot. The feathers and golden glow faded. "I'm tired," Jason said, putting his hands under his head to go to sleep. He indeed was tired, so he fell asleep in an instant. "Are you alright, Shadow?" Krodon said, standing up. Shadow stood up, apparently able to bare the his injury quite easily. "Yeah, I should be fine."

From the trees above watched a stranger. The person looked down to the trio of kids, sitting on a branch, shaded and almost invisible. "I can't beleive I'm saying this, but I think I see some sort of power in those kids.... Not to worry, heheheh... " Ther person stood up, and began rubbing to oddly colored leaves together, producing some sort of powder. The person then put the powder into a thin tube, then held the tube to his mouth. "See you later...later later!" The person said, blowing through the tube. A ball of purple powder came hurtling toward Shadow, Jason, and Krodon. "Whut's..theese..." Krodon said, drooping his eyes. Shadow suddenly stumbled and fell asleep. Jason woke up, and Krodon stayed awake. "Oh geeze, now Shadow's got something up!" Jason said, suddenly tumbling then with Krodon. The three lied there, on the warm September grass. They looked so asleep that you might have think they were dead. But something much worse had happened.

Krodon was feeling tired, so he focused his chakra and made it so he would last longer. Yawn, Krodon was fast asleep. "They'll never know what hit them!" said the figure in the trees.
