Cool What's up? Well, here are the rules for making a Shinobi!

1. Maximum of one Shinobi per person! (To make another one, kill your current one. Be creative Razz)
2. There is no such thing as a perfect human. So your character has to have flaws.
3. Leave the criticizing to the moderators, okay?
4. You must use the character sheet we provide you.
5. No Shinobi can swear at all. Anywhere.
